TRAINING: Theatre Switch Training
 > THEATRE SWITCH TRAINING (TST) is a method developed by Stuart Lynch that merges theatre, dance, performance art, linguistics and philosophy to educate and develop theatre expression and self awareness. Founded in the practices of Zazen, NLP, Meisner Technique, Bodyweather and Butoh, it has been developed through and during Lynch's 24 Hour Performances and Bodyweather practice.
